Good jewellery store and I have spent over $1000 there in a few transactions, but......... I had the misfortune of being served on two separate occasions by a shop assistant (blonde lady) who is rude, unfriendly, very unhelpful and so obviously hates dealing with customers.

What journey. After picking a very difficult diamond to find to fit an intricate design and only giving 3 mothes of time. Stelios went above and beyond my expectations. His knowledge and experience brought forth a beautiful engagement ring from my rough idea. His customer service was excellent and he constantly kept me up to date with how everything was going. On a 40 degree day he was the only jeweller of 6 that I visited who offered me a glass of water, took the time to listen to what I wanted. He explained every step of the process he would take to make what i want happen.
